Need IT Project Manager with HRIS/HR Application experience
Duration: 6 month contract with option for extensions
Location: Bloomington, MN (Minneapolis/St. Paul)
Rate: Open on W2 or C2C OR 1099 All inclusive

Position:
IT Project Manager with HRIS/HR Application experience - they are going to be project managing the setup and configuration of 10+ SAAS HR systems

W2: For W2 candidates, we have day 1 Health & Dental benefits with 50% individual premium match, and 401k.

JD:
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with Human Resources Application experience to support the setup and configuration of 10+SaaS HR systems.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Strong Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Human Resources applications and work
Experience in managing 3rd party vendors through systems/integration changes
Experience managing multiple independent work streams at one time, with shared and not-shared resources
Experience in identifying need and managing delivery of process documentation, training, and communications
Technical knowledge and understanding
Experience with SaaS Configuration and Setup
Experience managing the migration of data
Experience identifying and tracking issues/risks and escalating them for resolution
Experience working with leadership
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Understanding of SAP
Experience setting up NetSuite
Ability to travel within MN

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience/Understanding with Riskonnect, Onbase, Taleo applications
Experience in HR, Safety or Risk management
Strong vendor management skills
Ability to drive results and work under tight deadlines =
Ability to build relationships at all levels in the organization
Ability to challenge and drive decisions forward
Ability to influence without authority
Ability to handle multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the reconfiguration of systems to meet needs from a HR perspective.
Ensure all system work is continuing according to schedule.
Work directly with partners.
Plan, direct, and coordinate project related activities and resources to ensure project goals are accomplished on time, within budget and with optimum quality.
Develop and manage clear and detailed roadmaps for delivery including critical path activities, key milestones, etc.
Identify, track, and create contingency plans for all project related issues, risks, change requests, and action items.
Define and drive project/program governance, structure, meeting rhythms and tools.
Ensure project status is communicated to stakeholders/executive management and others.
