Location: Boston, MA

Job Description:
Understand the nature of the short term funding & financial products
Perform research and analysis for FaCT business products (baseline scope, gap analysis, and process creation
Propose and draft project plans, data flow charts, system messaging flow charts, etc
Be able to work with internal business and technology groups, as well as external vendors on assigned projects
Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available to all teams to achieve the desired goals within the implementation timeline. Assist on preparing test scenarios, test cases, test data setup. Oversee the BUAT progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 to 7 years'' experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Industry, previous experience with vendor application implementation is preferred.
Experience with Principal Repo business, Securities Finance, Securities Lending, Collateral Management preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact professionally with both business and technical teams
Creative and willing to challenge current paradigms; comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions with imperfect information
