Duration: 5 Years

Education:A Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems,


Four (4) years of professional experience with VisualForce/APEX
One (1) year of professional experience with Lightning Components
Must have eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.
At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
SalesForce Certification is a Plus!!!

Must be capable of utilizing third- and fourth-generation or current state-of-the-art IT equipment and languages to develop and prepare diagrammatic plans for solution of business, management, communications, and strategic problems.
Must be able to design detailed programs, flowcharts, and diagrams showing mathematical computations and sequence of machine operations necessary to copy and process data and print results.
Must be able to verify the accuracy and completeness of programs and systems by preparing sample representative data and perform testing by means of cycle and system processing.

Functional/Business Requirements :
General Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and advice to SHA staff and management
Assist the Project Manager and / or Business Analyst in the preparation of documentation to describe new or changed processes.
Respond to information requests that business users submit through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
Respond to trouble reports or change requests (TR/CR Log) encountered by business users of the application software that are reported through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
Shall assist in research and recommendations on new technologies
Shall assist in the development of Microsoft Software Storage Client (MSSC) objects used to implement and upgrade client software
Shall assist in the preparation and implementation of disaster recovery plans for various systems. Create upgrade and migration schedules and plans that will minimize the impact on production and mission critical systems.
Train end users on the application, as needed
Attend organizational meeting with the project manager or business analyst.

Existing System Maintenance Responsibilities
Assist in the development of application maintenance plans for scheduled maintenance activities.
Provide ongoing support for various SHA applications and technologies
Maintain a TR/CR Log for each application assigned through the use of SHA’s Team Foundation Server or SharePoint environments.
Address application defects reported through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application, OOTS IT Help Desk or from the Business Side System Administrators.
Evaluate and code approved application Change Requests.
Perform integration testing of remediated TR/CR Code enhancements prior to releasing for UAT.
Maintain Configuration and Version Control
In conjunction with the Project Manager or Business Analyst, maintain and update System Documentation including but not limited to:

Interface Control Documents
Users Guides
Administrator Guides
Test Cases
Release Notes
Security Procedures
Develop system source code and executable s using one of the following primary technologies: Visual Force/APEX/Lightning Experience
JavaScript / Jquery

New System Development Responsibilities

Assist the project manager in the gathering and development of system requirements.
Analyze, recommend and design appropriate system security according to policies for data and application security using MDOT and

DoIT’s security standards.

Recommend system design and participate in design revision reviews.
Develop system source code using one of the primary technologies. Visual Force/APEX/Lightning Experience
TO Contractor personnel shall maintain Configuration and Version Control
TO Contractor personnel shall, in conjunction with the Project Manager or Business Analyst, maintain and update System

Documentation including but not limited to:

Design Document
Interface Control Documents
Source Code Documents
Test Data and Test Cases
Test Reports with Results
User Guides
Administrator Guides
