Requirements:

6-10 year of experience in native mobile application development
At least 1-2 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native
Experience and expertise in one of the native platforms iOS or Android
Ability to propose apt Architecture and design for mobile applications
Ability to provide consideration for optimal performance, security, White labelling, Push notification, Accessibility etc.
Be able to technically lead a decent size onsite-offshore team
Good communication skills
Experience with SCRUM execution
