Supporting both iOS and Android devicesTicketing System: ServiceNowSystems used - AirWatch as the EMM (does NOT need to know this system - will work with the Telecom Eng on this system)

JD:
This individual must be able to walk an end user through setting up a smartphone and log-in process, change passwords, and generally know enough to help an end user over the phone. When an employees’ phone is not working they are dead in the water, so this is an important part of the support. By the time a user calls this individual - they may have already spoken to a technical resource in their area who couldn’t figure the problem out, so a deep knowledge level is required. Support Android and Apple devices. Typically end user has a new upgraded phone and messed up the activation. Individual must show patience and the ability to understand what the user has done, in order to undo the mistakes made.
