Job Title : Mobile Services Specialist
Location : Philadelphia, PA


Key Responsibilities:

The Strategic Tech Ops Mobile Services Specialist will define end-to-end technical requirements to ensure reliability of mobile feature/service across all systems supporting its delivery, including web interface, Order Management System, Provisioning, Activation, Inventory Management, Logistics and Billing
Conduct technical impact analysis of business/product requirements of the new feature/service on customer and agent experience, and service quality
Work with Product Manager in hardening business/product requirements
Work with solution architects of the supporting systems to understand the proposed solution architecture of each system and integration interfaces
Conduct detailed technical impact analysis at API level of the proposed solution design, inclusive of the following:
identify performance requirements of APIs critical for delivery of successful service delivery
Identify systemic handling of API failures minimizing impact on agent and customer experience
Ensure high rate of successful order completions
Ensure billing accuracy under all use cases
Ensure high service quality of systems supporting mobile services systems including web interface, Order Management System, Provisioning, Activation, Inventory Management, Logistics and Billing


Skills Required:
3-5 years’ experience in design and test of web services, Order Management, or Billing
Experience in supporting production issues related to web services, Order Management or Billing
Experience in AppDynamics, Splunk, extracting logs and defect analysis
Fast and independent learner
