Job Description :

- Provide operational support for cloud Email Security Appliances (ESA) by Cisco
- Migrating archive data between Google Vault and Veritas Archive.Cloud
- Develop Google API capabilities to help manage Tempus Nova and GSuite Environment
- Develop Billing automation for usage and verification purposes
- Serve as Office 365 escalation point for ABC
- Backup to Service Owner for supplier management
- Provide expertise to Active Directory conversion to new supplier
- Working knowledge of Email Sercurity Appliances (ESAs)
- Working knowledge of how email flows and architecture
- Working knowledge of moving from one platform to another
- Basic understanding of how cloud services interact with on premise infrastructure
- Basic understanding of authentication to include single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
- Working project management skills
- Good documentation and organization skills
