Job Description:
Endpoint Security Lead is responsible for install, test, evaluate, manage the DLP, Invincea, SEP, Mcafee Encryption specific equipment/appliance and software. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional associations such as ISSA. Obtain and maintain top tier vendor certification. Complete administrative project tasks such as status reporting, and project completion reporting.
Required Skills:
Expertise with Content Protection (DLP, Mcafee Encryption,EPO, SEP), Network and Host DLP ( Symantec ), Endpoint Protection & Encryption typically obtained in 5-8 years.
· Understanding and hands-on experience with windows registry, Active Directory and Group Policy
· Experience with configuration and deployment of endpoint protection platforms (SEP, McAfee Encryption, DLP , etc…)
· Experience creating, managing and maintaining endpoint protection security policies in a large, complex environment.
· Excellent analytical/problem solving ability, strong influence and negotiation skills, very strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship management skills. Strong customer service skills and orientation.
· Must be creative and independent thinker with the ability to translate technical requirements and challenges into results. Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows and playbooks
Desired Skills:
Invincea, Dell, Symantec, Websense, RSA and McAfee Strong relationships with security experts within the region Knowledge of regulatory compliance: GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA and Assessment Services a plus CISSP or other professional certifications .
