Overview
The Master Data Solution Architect is a pivotal role, in the Operational Analytics team, that will ensure critical business data is curated and mastered to enhance the value of data analytics solutions and accuracy of data in operational systems. The Master Data Solution Architect will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, development, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of our Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) platform. As a member working in a team environment, this role will work with source system technical subject matter experts, data stewards and business/clinical teams to design, develop and grow our MDM platform to support both operational and reporting/analytical projects. Utilizing interpersonal skills and end to end Master Data implementation experience, this role will interact with business users, identify key stakeholders, document/analyze requirements as well as establish governance councils and their modes of operation. Leveraging key skills including SQL, strong database experience, advanced Informatica, hands-on experience with master data (cleanse, enrich, match, merge, store), excellent communication and the ability to work independently, this role will lead technical implementation of Master Data projects. While working independently at first, this role will lead and then grow the master data function for St. Jude.

Minimum Experience
Minimum of 6 years'' experience with implementation of large-scale Master Data projects required with at least 2 of those years of experience in hands-on development and configuration of Informatica MDM Hub, including Informatica Data Director (IDD
At least 5 implementations of Master Data Domains in one or more of the following data areas: Person/Party, Product, Facility, strongly preferred
Current and hands-on experience with complex SQL, high-volume relational databases and SQL query performance tuning strongly preferred
