Job Description :
Solution Consultant/Architect for IBM/Unica Campaign, SAS Marketing or another campaign management tool (at least two major campaign tools), who also doubles as Direct Marketing / Database Marketing consultant with deep experience in the areas of multi-channel marketing, customer lifecycle marketing (wave campaign design), campaign/test analysis, CRM, and underlying data warehousing.
Strategic thinkers with forward thinking to know how to apply BOTH simplicity and extensibility in coding/process design
Proficient with marketing regulatory compliance guidelines
Proficient with retail marketing practices (major retailers with ecommerce preferred)
Expert-level user to campaign management / list generation tool – area of knowledge include but not limited to the following:
Process design
Campaign Audience design
Data modeling/mapping w/ knowledge of master data management, data constraints and data lifecycle
Customer segmentation
Marketing data attribution
Contact History design
Response tracking
Marketing vendor data integration
Integrated QA
Campaign optimization
Report Development/Integration
Extremely strong business requirements gathering and analysis experience
Translate business requirements to technical design for offshore campaign development
Perform code review and assist QA and business sign off on campaign build
Advise in system configuration as needed
Assist transition to support team
Advanced SQL (Oracle 11g+)
