Position: Manhattan WMS Application Developer
Location: Providence, RI.
Duration: 9+ Month (Contract)
Mode of Interview: Phone and Skype

Job Requirements
3+ years’ experience with Manhattan supply chain/warehouse management development
3+ years’ experience Unix, application development, support and integration experience
Prefer experience with XML, JavaScript
Responsible for Application Development, configuration, support for Supply Chain/Warehouse Management systems in Manhattan systems.
Participate in the upgrade of Manhattan to new version
Integrate Warehouse Management systems with other systems; provide ongoing support
Provide systems analysis, design, specifications, development and testing as required for all supported applications
Engage at both a strategic and tactical level with business and technical stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Serve as a point of contact for applications supported with software vendors.
Participate with the Project Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Operations and Application Development staff to create work plans to support strategic initiatives, business plans and emerging business needs.
Participate with the Business, IS Department, and sub-departments in project team meetings.
Participate in training as required for future development and expertise. Maintain up to date senior level technical proficiency.
Close cooperation with peers within IS to ensure fully integrated, optimized and non-duplicative information processing and delivery.
Training support for Applications Specialists, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance and Service Desk as needed
Configure applications and integrate with other systems.
