Role: Magento Functional Architect /Business Analyst- Digital Commerce
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Full time
Qualification:
Magento Certified Specialist v2.x (or willing to achieve upon hire)
3-5 Years Experience working on full-lifecyle commerce projects. Magento preferred
Recent experience working as a Business Analyst/ Functional Architect on digital projects
Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships
Adaptable and capability to work effectively where priorities change frequently
Agile, PMP certification and/or Project Manager experience a strong plus
Responsibilities
Elicit and define user stories and requirements – business, functional and non-functional
Analyze and provide guidance on commerce related processes and customer experiences
Provide subject matter expertise on Magento features, functionality and processes
Conduct product demos and educate clients on feature / function discussions
Provide commerce expertise across industries, channels and B2B and B2C scenarios
Stay current on commerce and platform best practices
Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and client stakehodlers
Assist in validation of functional requirements through delivery / agile phases
Ensure traceability between requirements and testing plans, scripts and cases
Support testers in triage and correct identification of test results against requirements
Provide support to proposal preparations and scoping
Contribute to ongoing development of Cognizant’s Commerce practice
Supports strategic commerce discussions and provides guidance on suitable KPIs/ metrics
Prepaired to travel to client locations throughout North America
