Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer
The Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer Implements software changes consistent with client requirements and established time schedules. Uses appropriate tools and technologies to develop and test the logic changes needed by various applications programs. Work includes enhancing or maintaining existing applications, and the analysis of problems and implementation of code fixes for defects reported in various software applications.
Ability to bring closure to issues, problems, and projects of all levels of complexity depending on experience
Develops computer programs, responds to questions, and resolves problems
Develops entry level to highly complex batch and/or interactive applications, using functional specifications, in accordance with departmental policies/procedures, methodologies and project schedules
Designs, codes, tests and implements modifications or enhancements to applications
Develops system and/or program level specifications
Knowledge of software development (SDLC) methodologies
Ability to work effectively with clients, interpreting their issues and translating them into workable solutions
Develops and executes test plans, assuring that both component and integrated tests are successfully completed
Assists and/or develops training for internal IT staff and business users
Qualifications:
Acts as a key contributor in a complex and fast-paced environment
Considered a key associate in own discipline
Knowledge and experience in programming using Microsoft Dynamics

Technical / Software Experience:
Current environment is D365 (v9.x The ideal resource would have at least 3 years of experience configuring and administrating Dynamics
3 - 5 years of experience programming in .NET & Java is preferred
Desired:
Experience with Click Dimensions / email-based marketing campaigns
Integration experience with telephony / call center solutions
