Role: Product Owner
Location – Englewood CO
Must Have Skills:
Must have good understanding of PNR and super PNRs in Air, Travel / GDS industry.
7+ years of experience in the travel industry as a Business Analyst, Solution Designer or Product manager, especially in an OTA business
Global business experience in a cross-cultural, remote work environment
Prior experience working directly with customers
Must have experience to work in Agile Scrum teams across the globe
Must have a good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Micro-services and can guide Development team in right direction.
Must be able to manage 1-6 concurrent streams for 1-3 products, product features, or projects
Must be able to manage projects within budgets, schedules and corporate requirements, while ensuring that dependency relationships are understood and stakeholder expectations managed.
Must be able to feature mining based on Size, Impact, Value, Risk and Uncertainties.
Desired Skills:
Should be able to work with immediate team, customers and commercial stakeholders to prioritize, research, and communicate customer requests
Expected to Translate high-level market requirements into detailed functional requirements and user stories, authors detailed acceptance criteria, and is responsible for. product acceptance to ensure market needs are met.
Expected to create and maintain a competitive matrix that reflects the most current state of the competitive landscape.
Should be able to Assist other members of the product team in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps that present a plan to position the product for segment leadership
Key Measures (e.g., financial scope, budget and staff management responsibilities):
Understand customers and market problems
Provide technical and user experience teams with accurate and precise requirements
Drive customer satisfaction
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and market-facing communications
Accurately report results vs. KPIs back to product leadership
