ORGANIZATION: Enterprise Analytic Tools (EAT) PROJECT/ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION: The EAT IT Portfolio includes the IT applications, tools and infrastructure that support the enterprise-wide GDIA analytics data strategy and governance. The GDIA Tech Enterprise Analytics Tools IT Portfolio includes the IT tools and infrastructure that support the GDIA enterprise-wide on an enterprise-wide basis. The EAT team provides full-lifecycle support to GDIA teams and participate in all tool/infrastructure lifecycle phases. ROLE This position is ideal for the technically-oriented individual who has experience installing, configuring and supporting hardware and system/application software, and is interested in working with a portfolio of cutting edge tools. In this role, you will work closely with multiple organizations to convert business goals into a product roadmap, define product requirements and prioritize work as agile features / user stories. You will act as the single point of contact for assigned tools. POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCT AND REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT: Participate in and/or lead development of requirements, features, user story development, use cases, and test cases. Participate in stand-up operations meetings. DESIGN: Work with Architects, ITO Engineering and Security Controls Champion on solution design. ACQUIRE, INSTALL, CONFIGURE: Work with IT Operations (ITO), IT Engineering, Asset Planning Lifecycle Management (APLM) and GDIA Business Customers in the acquisition, provisioning, installation, configuration and testing of hardware/software. MIGRATE/ADOPT: Work with GDIA business customers in migration from old tools/platforms to new and/or adoption of new tools. INCIDENT, PROBLEM AND CHANGE/SERVICE REQUESTS: Participate and/or lead incident, problem, change and service request related activities. Includes root cause analysis (RCA Includes proactive problem management / defect prevention activities.

Skills Required:
MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1.Linux and Linux system software install, configure, monitor, tune, debug, administer. Ability to perform root cause analysis. 2. Cloud computing (Kubernetes, OpenShift, PCF. 3. Anaconda, Python, R coding and debugging experience.

Experience Preferred:
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: System design experience Business Analyst / requirements definition / use case definition experience Experience with analytics tools, including DataRobot, Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau, Hadoop, Attunity and Informatica.

Education Required:
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
