-Participate in strategic, program level technical design and status discussions with system integrator leads
-Advise other onshore developers on development code improvements from their experiences with Service or Health Cloud
-Lead/review Salesforce design approaches/impacts with Architecture, DevOps and Testing
-Manage escalations brought up from onshore developers to resolve technical development related conflicts/blockers/dependencies
