Job Description :
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with business customers and technical peers in the system analysis process.
Creating automated test scripts and using automated test tools to execute the testing process.
Creating and maintaining processes and documentation for tool maintenance.
Creating and ensuring standards for production applications are followed. Supports improvements in overall quality results through the use of statistical measurements and tools.
Developing and documenting testing standards, best practices, ensuring they are communicated and applied.
Defining and documenting test plans for new and existing systems to projects with diverse scope and increased complexity.
Providing estimates, defining test approaches, creating appropriate test cases and execution with high quality.
Modifying test plans in accordance with changing requirements.
Determining if manual and/or automated test tools should be used to execute test cases.
Manually creating and inputting test data and using tools, programs or extracted production data to execute test cases.
Executes test quality assurance responsibilities and associated functions for projects (requirements, risk assessment, estimating, test approach, reviews, overall organization and coordination of testing activities, implementation handoff, post elevate support
Experience you need:
Experience testing: Node, JS, JavaScript, Restful API?s
8 years of Automation testing experience Worked with Jenkins, Git, SVN, Solaris, Selenium, Postman
Experience in Windows, Mac, Unix, Linux.
Proven abilities and on the job experience in SQL querying, HTML/HTML5, and Automation Tools.
5+ years of experience in system testing of multiple client server applications (e.g Quoting, Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications
Thorough understanding of test design and a variety of test techniques including white box and black box testing.
Experience with the Agile development process
STEM degree
Insurance project/domain experience a plus
