Job Title: Lead Mobile Device Management.

Location: Milwaukee, WI USA.

Duration: 12 Months+.

Start Date: ASAP



Job Responsibilities:

· Manage corporate and BYOD mobile devices using Microsoft InTune.

· Ability to quickly identify customer issues and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on Intune product and services representing Microsoft, communicating with enterprise customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically problems identified in Microsoft software products and manage relationships with those customers.

· Review and update existing mobile device management policies.

· Develop new policies to meet regulatory compliance and organization’s mobility strategy.

· Prepare and documents standard operating procedures and protocols for mobile device enrollment.

· Provides reports and analytics of all mobility related information

· Coordinate with service providers and ensure services are up and running

· Supports the Company’s Mobile Security Standards.

· Works closely with Service Desk team, IT Infrastructure Teams, and IT Security to identify and resolve issues.

· Provides supports and handles technical escalations.

· Identify and define system security requirements.

· Perform other security related activities as assigned.



Requirements:

· At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an SME in InTune Mobile Device Management.

· Detailed technical knowledge of database, application, and infrastructure security.

· Hands on experience in security systems, including endpoint device management and anti-virus software, and data leak protection.

· Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.

· Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.

· Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

· Must be self-directed and motivated to work with a sense of urgency and drive for results
