Maintain, troubleshoot and support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS
Help with the implementation of the New LIMS system
Provide advice and training to end users and create user manuals, videos and training material to help users transition to the new LIMS system.
Respond to application support requests from laboratory staff.
Monitor the LIMS software application, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedules.
Experience in a System Administration-like role in a healthcare, biotech or pharma domain.
At least 3 years demonstrable experience in roles similar to Application Administrator.
