Location- SF Financial Dist
Duration: 9 Months
Priority: High

This is a functional role. It requires 5 yrs of HRIS experience + a min of 2-3 years of Workday experience in Global HCM
The candidate must Knowledge to support the following in Workday:
Absence, Time Tracking
Talent Management, Succession Planning
Advanced Compensation

Oversee daily administration of Workday to include best practice of system setup; oversee correction work when required with related action, and drive consistent practice
Assist with the execution of system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing.
Execute the full range of HRIS functions including business process configuration, security administration, report development, system updates, training, and communications
Provide input in the configuration of Workday to serve as the technology foundation for a successful and responsive HR department
Participate in identifying and testing enhancement opportunities for Workday Releases
Provide guidance and support knowledge transfer activities with HR staff
Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new Workday modules
Work cross-functionally with team members to ensure all business needs and objectives are considered and satisfied
Oversee development of user and HR procedures, guidelines and documentation
Effectively prioritize and escalate issues
Other duties as assigned

Experience and expertise:
Analytical, innovative problem solver with a passion for driving change
Experience in partnering with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT in the implementation and BAU support of HRIS
Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of internal and external personnel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Change Management to ensure successful deployment and adoption
Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information
Solid knowledge of principles, concepts, business processes and theories within HCM solutions with an ability to train and lead team members
EIBs, calculated fields, complex reporting, Workday Objects
BA or BS required, preferably in a Computer Science, Business, or Technology discipline
5 yrs of HRIS experience
2-3 years of Workday experience in Global HCM
