Job Title: Quality Analyst
Contract: Length: 18 MONTHS
Location: New York, NY
Hourly Rate: Open (DOE)
Duties and responsibilities include:
Requirement Gathering Impact Analysis& support for NICE Application
Doing Proof of Concept and determine the best optional solutions for the given requirements and prepare the design documents for the solution in the specified format.
Providing support for Housing Assistants and business in Public Housing/S8 Annual, correspondence, Transfer, move in, Selection, Apply NYCHA, Vendor management, Property management, etc.
Responsible for the Test Management of projects throughout a projects life cycle including estimation, planning, execution, defect creation & aiding development in defect resolution, reporting metrics to business and closure activities.
Ensure traceability and validation of requirements from contract to delivery
Building Testing automation framework using Data Driven and key word driven Frameworks.
Build and execute Selenium test scripts nightly based.
Responsible for creating Groovy scripts to leverage manual testing efforts for webservices testing.
Work with Data Center QA, SIT & PROD releases are deployed in QA environment on scheduled intervals.
Ensure all testing activities comply with company’s guidelines, standard and regulations
Use appropriate processes, methodologies and technologies, in compliance with NYCHA policies & processes
Champion appropriate standards, ensuring continual developments of end-to-end process for all quality areas to include: software development life cycle, QA work product deliverables, product templates and escalation processes
Provide detailed analysis of all testing carried out on the environment ensuring all bugs, risks and issues are logged correctly.
Actively provide feedback to senior QA management which may result in new working practices or general QA improvements.
Responsible for taking a Go or No-Go decision on behalf of the testing team for Go-Live production release and submitting the same to business via Test Exit Summary Report.
Manage UAT effort with customer to ensure successful sign off
