Overall 12+ Years of Experience in Industry
Extensive Experience in Providing Technology Solutions to Business Problems in BFSI Industry Vertical
High-Level Understanding of Domain worked on
In-depth knowledge of J2EE Technology Stack (Including Microservices) along with Good understanding and experience on various UI and Data Technologies
Ability and Readiness to perform hands-on work when required
Knowledge and Understanding of new Technology Trends like : AI/ML, RPA, etc.
Experience in holding Conversations with Sr. IT and Business Stakeholders in Customer Organizations
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Stakeholder Management Skills
Willingness to work from mentioned “Job Location” as a Base Location and Readiness to undertake short Domestic Travels across Locations
Ability to provide high level estimates (Effort and Time) at the Solution, Architecture and Design level
Ability and Experience to work with Geographically Distributed Teams across time-zones and countries
Experience and Willingness to work in Pre-sales, Tech-Sales and Project Delivery as required
