Job Description:
5+ years of experience in a specified technical discipline
Bachelor''s degree in an information technology related discipline, or the equivalent in related work experience. INS 21; INS 22 or INS 23.
Knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (examples include Tomcat/JBossEAP, Java, Spring, DB2/MS SQL Server/Oracle, SQL,
Angular/SpringMVC/JSF, Web Services/SOAP/REST, .Net, SpringBoot, and XML/JSON
Provides technical support for applications computing technologies within areas of expertise by maintaining and enhancing existing business
Applications and assisting in planning for and implementing new ones.
Develops, documents and executes unit test cases.
Identi¹es and resolves technical problems and issues with assigned applications and work processes.
Escalates problems beyond level of expertise to manager, more experienced technical sta• or vendor representatives.
Researches new technologies, within areas of expertise, for possible implementation; makes recommendations based on ¹ndings.
Performs duties within standardized practices, where applicable.
Delivers quality and timely results.
Maintains a good application domain knowledge and assumes accountability to ful¹ll assigned areas of responsibility.
Willing to share acquired knowledge with peers (internal or external to the assigned team)
Complies with and supports all corporate, department and team policies and procedures.
Keeps manager, project teams and business customers informed of activities and problems within assigned areas of responsibility; refers matters
beyond limits of authority to manager for direction.
