Job Description :

Title: JDE Business Analyst

Location: West Chester PA

Terms: Contract

Visa: GC, GC-EAD, H4, H1B, Citizen with 6+ years of relevant experience

Job Details:

Work with the different stakeholders within the Client US ERP landscape, including business product owners, to identify and deliver ERP system enhancements as well as facilitate systems support.

Partner with Technical Services including scrum team to deliver business requirements, including estimates for development work and scheduling demos of the system to business partners.

Work on teams delivering highly complex IT project initiatives.

Play a key role in implementing improvements within the Product Line.

Work with businesses and developers to deliver process designs and workflows, provide solutions, and create user stories for system enhancements.

Manage enhancement requests through the Client change management process.

Manage and author SDLC documentation required for implementing enhancements for minor requests and projects against timelines.

This includes working with scrum team developers and CSV quality partners, planning and supporting UAT, and support of business during cutover and go live.
