JAVA Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Contract position; 6-12 months

Candidates must be current Utah residents

? Must be able to interview IN-Person at 400 West, SLC, Utah office

? Must be able to work 100% Onsite.

Must be able to pass background screening completed

We are looking for help building out our QA Automation coverage, specifically through the use of Selenium WebDriver. In order to be considered, while you should have solid automation experience in general, current use of Selenium is required.

Responsibilities include:

Developing automated test scripts in support of web applications and RESTful APIs.

Assist and support other Automation Engineers

Working closely with Test Analysts to identify test cases that should be automated

Use of test case and defect management tools

Work closely with the development team in order to communicate and demonstrate defects

Partnering with Business Analysts on acceptance criteria and sizing test efforts

Contributing to deployment readiness discussions.

Successful candidates should have experience in the following:

Minimum of 6 (five) years' experience writing test automation scripts

Minimum of 4 (three) years' experience using Selenium WebDriver in Java.

Use of tools specifically to test React applications is a bonus.

Analyzing and communicating test results

Proficient in use of SQL for test data preparation and results analysis

Utilizing test source management solution, preferably Git.

Proven ability to quickly understand complex and nuanced business processes and rules

Automated testing in an Agile environment.
