Priority 2:
Title: Issues Management / Helpdesk Coordinator( Local to Irvine, CA or surrounding area)
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 1+ year
Must Have:
- Extensive experience with coordinating the IT Help Desk and managing an Issue Log.
- Excellent at analysing, grouping, and routing all incoming issues to their appropriate SME
- Experience with identifying and reporting on the commonalityof issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience as Help Desk coordinator

Nice to have:
- IT Help Desk experience with large ERP systems like PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP
- Experience with JIRA and SharePoint
- Local to Irvine, CA or surrounding area
