Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Design and programming/coding skills to address business and technical use case
Gain domain knowledge faster and should understand legacy systems to gather requirements
Sound knowledge of Integration patterns, Integration Standards and Best practices
Adhere to industry best practices for software development
Experience on writing design blueprints and technical documentation relating to design and coding
Experience in conducting workshops for requirements gathering
Defining solutions using API led connectivity , Microservices and Service Oriented Architecture patterns
Experience in designing message and event driven architectures
Administration of integration solutions environments with sound knowledge on CI/CD
