The Candidate will be a part of the Integration Management Office working towards successful integration of infrastructure, technologies, and support processes into client. The candidate will work with Stakeholders and liaise with respective client support teams towards achieving integration objectives.

This team has/will be responsible for:
Integration of email into client
Device and Telephony Migration, for all US, Canada and Bermuda.
Integrate all of Service Management processes into client
Migrating all technology and infrastructure
Migration of Data Centers to client cloud – Delete this item
All other Technology/Infrastructure integration into client

This person should have experience leading at least a portion of an integration effort. They do not have to lead an entire integration, but at least managed a group within the effort. This person will be managing/mentoring junior level resources.

Integration Management Office- this team is not doing the heavy duty technical lifting, but rather the project mapping of these integrations and migrations. This person will be helping road map these transitions/integrations and then will be monitoring the progress. This team is the ''face'' of the transition, will be getting questions from stake holders and B/U. Must be able to delegate, triage, escalate and assign problems to appropriate engineering/technical teams.

Looking for someone who has done an integration like this, but now is in more of an advisory role

Looking for a person who has done infrastructure work, help desk management. etc. Functional knowledge is not needed. Experience that is critical ITSM, Service delivery, technology migrations, cloud migrations, etc

Will not be doing desktop re-imaging, actually engineering teams that are doing the actual work.

Exchange Online, Network Security, Application Security, AD Trust
Citrix, End User Support, Desktop/Laptop Support, Application Deployment
Triage, track and report on user issues
Prior experience with a plus
Work directly with customers and end-users
Expertise with MS Office Products
No need of app specific knowledge or business knowledge, but need to know app deployments/configure and provide access to applications on laptops
Excellent Problem solving, Written and Oral communication skills
Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
Experience with MS Project, Powerpoint, MS Office, Visio
