Role: Incident Manager/Engineer
Location: Mooresville, NC
Duration: Long Term

Skills:
Ability to analyze incident and either provide quick solution or create ticket
Prioritize ticket based on severity
Co-ordinate and communicate with teams to resolve application issues and release
Expertise in Java
Ability to understand and get a grasp of technical environment
Work with onsite offshore teams and co-ordinate
Preferable work experience in digital project support
