Job Description :
The eCollaboration Administrator role includes Administrative support of Sharepoint Site Collections, Exchange environment, & Lotus Notes Platform.

Job Responsibilities:

Specific tasks include: creating new databases; preventive maintenance, emergency fixes; production support, including problem investigation, analysis and resolution; responding to
customer queries; and fulfilling all documentation requirements. Additionally, 2nd and 3rd Level support tickets involving Application Access, Group Management, Adds / Moves / Changes and
troubleshooting of Daimler standard implementation of both environments is the core daily run tasks for this job.

Position requires hands on support.
Excellent customer skills are a
requirement for this role. Recent
certifications in these technologies
are required.

Responsible for acting on existing trouble tickets established in the tracking system. Receive complex tickets that help desk and technical support analyst cannot resolve remotely. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to
ensure timely resolution. Familiar with a variety of the IT technologies, concept, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a team lead or
supervisor/manager.

Required Skills :

5+ Years of experience Intermediate to expert level in the following:
. Share Point Administration
. Share Point Site Admin
. Lotus Notes database
. Lotus notes administration
. SQL server
. Microsoft Exchange
. Outlook
. Active Directory
