Job Description:-

Systems/Experience Engineering & QA.
Tasks:-
Perform testing with a focus on the user experience, driving changes, when possible, to simplify and create intuitive user interfaces to increase tool adoption.
Create streamlined documentation which can be quickly followed by an experienced user, but contains the details for a basic user.
Guide the QA checkout of new and revised technology spaces (e.g. conference rooms) by identifying, organizing, tracking and reporting on the QA tasks associated with each space.
Skills:-
Familiarity with enterprise productivity COTS software including Office 365, Office ProPlus, Video Conferencing (including room equipment), Jabber/VoIP communications, Conference Room technologies like Solstice wireless sharing and Condeco room scheduling.
Ability to collect and analyze information to understand a problem (strong quantitative ability)
Ability to problem solve and make decisions (strong analytical ability)
Critical thinker with ability to create the “what if” scenarios
Quick learner
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
