Responsibilities
IT policies and procedures such as change management processes including change risk assessment, change approval, reversal of changes, and change closeout procedures, System Development Methodology, etc.
Gaps in existing IT standards, policies, and procedures such as those identified in the ICCP and the CAP, including mobile device management, patch management, system access, system monitoring, etc.
Documentation of new processes such as switch installation and upgrade process, laptop management, etc., using existing standardized templates.
Management of existing document repository and document tracker.
Provide weekly status reports.

Skills
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Three (3) years of experience within the last six (6) years developing and updating IT standards and procedures, process documentation, and change management for an IT department or firm. The Consultant must provide at least two technical writing samples with resume, such as technical procedures, standards, reports, memos, and other related technical documents that the Consultant completed within the last six (6) years to verify this qualification.
Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years applying the IT Infrastructure Library and the IT Service Management (ITS) framework to IT service operations.
