Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the IT SAP BI System Administration Team and Business Intelligence Team. Is responsible for systems level management of company''s Analytical and Business Intelligence systems. Leads and supports company strategic projects and internal IT projects. Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots the BI technical environment and Databases dependent on analytical and statistical reporting systems. Develops and maintains technical documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions Provides day-to-day technical support for the BI Team with an emphasis on continued growth, maintenance, and operation of our Analytical and BI systems, Database Management, and Middleware technologies. Plans, analyzes, installs, configures, updates, migrates, monitors, tunes, and troubleshootsAnalytical and BI Develops and maintains technical documentation, troubleshoots, resolves problems, monitors capacity and performance, and tests disaster recovery procedures. Leads and supports IT projects defined by IT or Strategic Company Initiatives Analyzes, develops, and maintains BI Architectures within the BI environment. Manages and configures database management systems Manages technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a four-year degree in computer science, information systems, or management information systems preferred or the equivalent in work experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment and experience maintaining enterprise level systems.
