Job Title IT Project Manager or IT Project Analyst with HRIT emphasis
Work Location Orlando, FL (preferred); Pittsburgh, PA or Deerfield, IL area, with a mix of work-from-home
Duration Long Term
Work Type: Time and Materials contract, full-time workload
Travel: Domestic USA, up to 40% average per month. ARxWP will not pay for relocation expenses.
Technical/Functional Skills
IT Project Manager or IT Project Analyst with HRIT emphasis
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
1) Basic project management of risks, issues, project schedules, organizing executing and keeping a cadence of meetings
2) Coordination of project requirements and delivery in a multi-partner HRIT environment.
3) Stakeholder communication support for program of HRIT delivery
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess demonstrated expertise/experience in the following areas:
1) Detail-oriented and organized worker
2) Effective written and verbal communications skills to provide level-appropriate messages
3) Excellence in execution and delivery within complex, dynamic environments with low oversight
4) Extensive skills using Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and Excel
5) Ability to track deliverables as defined by project management processes
a. Streamline deliverables where appropriate
6) Experience with process engineering and process mapping
7) Ability to create relationships with IT and Business stakeholders alike
8) Ability to deal with ambiguity, change in management decisions, and direction
9) Ability to be organized with information from multiple threads. Flagging information that conflicts
10) Ability to recognize technical principles of application management

1) Direct experience working in areas linked to HRIT
