Experience with managing diverse delivery teams, located in multiple locations.
Ability to determine resource needs, develop detailed plans, and analyze status and report against the plan. Manages scope to a formal process.
Working with all stakeholders, including business, technical teams and vendors/supplier, to deliver on required commitments.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and proactively resolve issues.
Provides IT leadership with an accurate assessment of project status and progress.
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
Able to define project estimates and forecasts. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsible for overall project budget adherence of Corporate Services, IT Practices and Sr. Health Services team.
Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
May manage multiple projects of moderate-to-large size concurrently across various IT areas.
Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
Proficient in Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Requires excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor''s Degree in related field required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, including operating in a service structure.
10 years leadership experience and 5 years experience managing large, complex projects and project teams including those with more than 10 team members.
Experience managing third-party vendors is required.architecture.;9p.;
A high proficiency level in specific job-related skills is required.
