Position : IAM Systems Administrator
Location : Denver, CO
Duration : 6+ Months

The Identity and Access Management Systems Administrator will be responsible for driving the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) tool updates and validation, as well as managing the transition of the OIM tool to our CO location data center for higher availability needs. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle tool management and update processes; in addition, will also require some understanding of data center and change management processes to lead that work. The position will regularly interface with the IT and IAM leadership teams to understand IAM requirements, communicate project status, and put in place the necessary procedures, activities, metrics and KPIs to successfully meet all those requirements to provide outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Responsible for driving the stable OIM Update to all environments, supporting all work and trouble-shooting.
Responsible for driving the co location move of OIM tool to Denver data center and supporting all tasks
Develop and define process and procedure to proactively manage all OIM pre-production and production environments and the OIM service.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support IAM management and ancillary operations, as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Solid experience with change management processes, and enterprise-scale system migrations and upgrades.Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Demonstrated strengths in organizational, follow-through, analytical, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize and organize work for self to deliver on commitments and achieve results.
Ability to effectively use defect tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira, HP-ALM, or similar) to help with resolution of production-related issues/problems.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals.
Understanding of Access Control methodologies (RBAC and Attribute Control Understanding of the design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of application access through use of workflow automation and common directory services (AD, LDAP)
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills preferred
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using iterative methodologies. Experience with ITIL Processes, Identity and Access Management processes and tools, and HealthCare IT, a plus.


Education:
BA or BS Degrees or equivalent relative work experience
