Job Description :
Role: PM with HR Exp
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract.

EXPERIENCE:
Good PM experience in business environment is required.
Ability to take task in hand and execute it without supervision – able to explain previous experience
Knowledge about any of the HR workstream is essential (Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Etc), preference about workstream
Extremely good behavioral and good attitude
Good Change Management skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work may not be aligned as desired so need to work from scratch at times
Ability to grasp work/ culture in a short span of time and challenge status quo/ stakeholders/ executives to move towards optimum solution
Good presentation skills
Prioritize and deliver outputs seamlessly without having to wait for any formal documentation or impediments
Knowledge about regulatory/ compliance in HR – desirable not essential
