Description:
Technical support and design Big Data/Hadoop platforms (Like Hive, HBase, Kafka, Yarn, Druid etc handle and identify possible failure scenarios. (Incident Management), respond to end users of Hadoop platform on data or application issues , report and monitor daily SLA that identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. • Handling Hadoop administration activities using Ranger and Knox. • Exposure to Storm, Spark and Zeppelin, respond to end users in any issues while running Spark Jobs. • Working with data delivery team to setup new Hadoop users. This includes setting up new users in clusters and providing access to Hive, HDFS, Yarn, Hue using Ranger. • Monitor Hadoop cluster connectivity and security alerts, manage and review Hadoop log files.
