Job Description :
achelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of HRIS Administration (ADP EV5) and Talent Management
Systems (Halogen/Saba)
Solid knowledge of HR and Payroll processes & procedures
Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, and functions
Ability to discretely manage high levels of confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Expert in Word & Excel; Excel to include
VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables; Excel Power Pivot preferred
Data science & analytics
Critical thinking and problem solving
ADP Reporting –intermediate to expert level
Integrated data experience and understanding of downstream impacts
SQL experience a plus
