Job Description:
Representing the department as primary Functional/Technical point of contact for the modules Talent Management, Talent Acquisition.
Well Versed with SAP and Success factors TA TM modules and SF Adhoc reports.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Reporting Needs from business partners as well as team members
Responsible for BW Reporting platform stability and appropriate testing activities to collaboratively ensure The functional Validation and ongoing projects
Work on monthly/weekly/daily BAU and Adhoc reports
Hard skills – SQL/ MS Suite (for eg: Excel/Access Database)
Soft skills – Verbal and written communication and Presentation skills
Good knowledge and understanding of HR Data
