Role : Genesys IVR Developer
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration: Long term
Job description :
Excellent Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Genesys Voice Portal (GVP), Nuance Speech Recognition and Genesys Administrator.
Experience in call flow development using Genesys Composer.
Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, integration experience with Avaya Interaction Center and PBX like Avaya/Cisco.
Good troubleshooting skills (Log reading, tracing calls and analyzing Genesys components
Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, VXML and Voice Object
Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development .
Proficient in Oracle/RDBMS concepts. Excellent analytical skills.
Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
Ability to apply technical/end-user knowledge to a range of situations
