Objective of Position:
Resource required for Implementation of SAP Project in a large automotive manufacturing company
Job Specification:
O2C Functional Consultant is responsible for the execution of the detail design and configuration of the current business processes in SAP’s S/4 HANA ERP product. This includes
· Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP’s S/4 HANA system to support the organization’s "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all upstream and downstream processes.
· Fit gap analysis and solution design.
· Design of (RICEFW) reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
· Execution of the system unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing. This includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution.
· Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the business community.
· Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team.
· Design Authorization profiles
· Co-ordination with on-site and offshore team for technical design
· Provide post-implementation production support.

a. Sales order processing including pricing
b. Availability Check
c. Variant configuration (VC)
d. Delivery Process
e. Transportation planning
f. Billing / Invoicing
g. Customs processes in Export
h. Credit Management
i. Sales Information System
j. Vehicle Management System (VMS)
Technologies Involved: SAP S/4 HANA, BI, SAP Solution Manager, ARIS
Business Skills (Most Important Four)
1. Very good knowledge of Order to Cash Business processes.
2. Knowledge of Integration with all other upstream and downstream engineering / automotive industries business processes
3. Very good understanding of Business process redesigning concepts
Technological Skills (Most Important Four)
1. SAP S/4 HANA – O2C and VMS configuration and Logistics Execution System
2. Preparing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Data conversions, Enhancements, Forms.
3. ASAP Project management methodology
4. Good at preparing flow charts in Aris preferably or in MS Visio
5. Good at preparing power point presentations
Qualification Level Required
BE / MBA
Experience – Minimum 2 to 3 years domain and 4 to 6 years in SAP preferably from automotive sector or engineering Industry. Should have worked in the capacity of SAP O2C Functional consultant on minimum 2 Large SAP Implementation project life cycles. Experience in variant
configuration is must. Experience/exposure in VMS will be added advantage.
