Administration of IBM FileNet 5.2.1 ICM 5.2.1¸ ICN 2.0.3.4¸ Case Analyser 5.2.1.7¸ Content Search Service 5.2.1¸ WebSphere 8.5¸ MS SQL 2012 and Kofax 10.2 import connector and Export
Installation and Configuration of IBM FileNet¸ Case Manager¸ Navigator and Kofax in distributed environment on Linux Operating System
Upgrade/Migration of FileNet and Kofax components
Develop scripts SQL¸ Shell¸ PowerShell and Python for document migration
Deploying applications and promoting to higher environments
Partner with development team on project and enhancement
Batch Jobs monitoring and processing files manually
Change creation and follow the process to promote application/system changes Release Management
Support production implementations and post change validations
Setup SSL certificates and troubleshoot any SSL issues
Performance tuning and debug projects from designer
Develop automation scripts for to monitoring and alerting the FileNet and related components/services.
Notify¸ escalate and support failure¸ manage incidents and work orders
Resolve production issues¸ root cause analysis and preventative steps for repeated issues Resolve/ develop tactical solutions for reported problems
Supporting Operating System Windows & Linux patching and handle regular monthly maintenance
Demonstrate Disaster Recovery
Interact with customers independently to understand requirement and to support service requests
