The work involves migrating HR data from HR Bamboo application to a new HR Application (Workday
The resource will closely work with business users to understand the current HR data and how it maps to Workday data structure. and then work with Oracle HCM/Workday technical resource for uploading data into Oracel HCM/Workday.
The person should understand Bamboo HR application. People having prior experience in HR data conversion will be an added advantage. He/she should have PL/SQL/ETL knowledge and understands HR Application.
If the person has worked on Bamboo HR, it will be an added benefit.
The resource should have 8+ years of experience and should have worked in client facing role. He/she should have good communication skill to discuss with HR business users.
