Title: ERP QA Test Lead / Sr QA

Key Skills:
Minimum of 10 years or more of IT Software QA experience
At least 2+ years of proven experience in a test lead or managerial capacity role
Should possess a degree(BS/MS/BE/BTech/MTech) in Computer Science from a reputed institute/university.
Extensive knowledge of various Oracle Apps/JD Edwards is a "must have" for this role.
Experience of working in Life Sciences/Healthcare projects and knowledge of Computer System Validation processes to enable software systems to be FDA/CFR Part 11 compliant
Should have basic understanding on Order to Cash, Operations and Finance ERP processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role involves stakeholder/executive communication on a regular basis.
Hands on expertise in test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM & reporting/dashboards from either.
Should have hands on experience of uploading requirements, test cases, configuring requirement traceability matrix, test execution and defect management processes.
Sound technical experience in test automation tools and frameworks are essential to perform this job including HP UFT, Selenium or Worksoft Certify.
Ability to hit the ground running, work independently and take full ownership of all testing deliverables across the various phases in a waterfall/agile project from day one.
Plan the testing deliverables and activities from initiation phase till Go Live and further support
Ability to plan, orchestrate and conduct test cycles and report progress precisely and concisely to senior management on a day to day basis.
Drive towards formulating a robust regression test plan and achieve maximum test coverage using an automated regression suite.
Conduct workshops for establish scope, define end to end scenarios with various work stream business leads.
