1. Analyzing ETL and Oracle code. ? Tier 3 Activity
2. Redwood code Deployment. ? Tier 3 Activity
3. Handling issue calls/bridge. ? Tier 2 Activity
4. Interact with clients and business to get change requirements. ? Tier 2/3 activity
5. Monthly status call with client. ? Tier 2 Activity
6. Job monitoring in Redwood. ? Tier 1 Activity. Required only if BPS associate is on leave.

Technical Skill Set Required :
