Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills:
Knowledge and, or, experience working with ETL type data integration solutions including basic understanding of toolsets like SSIS or Informatica.
Skilled in Microsoft C# Web Solution Development. Skills should include but not be limited to include ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core experience + HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS skills.
Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture Solution Development including skills in both SOAP and REST based services.
Background and experience working with SQL Server and Oracle centric database backends.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Java application development is an asset.
Experience in developing and supporting Microsoft .NET Framework applications including: ASP.net, C#, Entity Framework, Web Forms, and Web Services
Experience with Microsoft AZURE based application development is an asset.
Experience with Agile Project Development Methodologies including experience with Agile planning tools like Jira is an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Cloud based solutions is an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead implementing the Gas Sales product replacement project.
Participate in business/functional workshops to identify and capture integration requirements with Gas Supply business units.
Lead integration workshops to review technical designs for planned integrations.
Lead design, build and test of integration components within development sprint teams composed of business, application, and integration analysts.
Develop and maintain effective application technical support documentation including procedures
