Lead in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging new and existing software applications that are the most complex in nature and larger modules
Gather business requirements for assigned projects
Preparing detailed specifications from which applications will be written
Test, debug and document code that is developed
Ensures project deliverables meet budget and time constraints
Provides reports to management as required
Support existing applications and business partners
Identify and provide short and long-term solutions to resolve departmental pain points
Support our end-user community with daily issues

Requirements:
2-5 years of development experience (minimum)
2-5 years of development experience with C#, Asp.net, JavaScript/JQuery
Microsoft development environments (Visual Studio, C#, SQL Management Studio)
IIS
Desktop and Server OS (E.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008)
Microsoft TFS (nice to have)
Bootstrap, JSON (nice to have)
Must have a thorough understanding in systems and data processing policies, practices, and procedures.
A thorough understanding in systems analysis and design techniques.
Expert knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
Ability to analyze the most complex applications and systems with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills to determine the effects on existing and new systems.
Able to get up to speed quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent business analysis and communications.
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or related field

Work Environment:
Some weekend and after-hours work may be required for system problems and scheduled maintenance windows
