Technical/Functional Skills :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
Work experience as a .Net developer.
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
Ability to analyze and debug the existing application code (VB.Net and C++
Ability to translate business requirements into code using C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with Oracle/PL SQL, Stored procedures, Functions, Tables and Views.
Demonstrated experience working with WinForms and class libraries.
Experience working in insurance domain preferred. LOMA certification is a plus.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working closely with QA team to assess business problems.
Converting legacy products (written in C language) into new system (C++/Visual Studio
Understanding business requirements specification document.
Translating business specifications into code.
Developing User Interface screens for new products.
Perform unit testing on the products developed.
Troubleshooting issues on existing products, if any.
Helping customers technically to support their day-to-day activities.
Supporting other .Net applications used by QA team.
Providing new ideas to improve the existing system.
