Job Description :
Qualifications: 3-9 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree
Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design
A. Scope:
Technical resource that is able to own an application individually (design, develop, test), own and drive feature development and/or enhancements, provide support to and engage with stakeholders and collaborators.

B. Responsibilities:

Requirements gathering from stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical requirements
Collaborating and coordinating with other development teams
Driving development for new features and owning testing and deployment
generating reports and analyzing data as needed based on stakeholder requests
troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
1. Build - e.g. enhancements, new features, new design/development work- 50%
2. Facilitate – process user queries, access requests - 30%
3. Run/Maintain – bug fix, life cycle maintenance - 20%

C. Qualifications:

Technical skills in .Net, Angular and C# are a must
Data analysis / database skills are nice to have
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with written and oral presentation and communication skills
Exposure to Agile development practices are useful
